Beetroot Salad

Ingredients

1 medium sized beetroot
4 tbsp mayonaisse
5-6 walnuts

Preparation Method

Boil beetroot, peel and grate.
Mix well with mayonaisse.
Garnish with walnuts
Ready to serve cold.
